Solent Collect Warranty® provided with this BRIG E780 RIB

Solent Collect Warranty® Explained

All trailerable boats work on a "back to base" warranty - this means you have to return your RIB to where you purchased it to access your warranty; this is onerous and expensive for you on both time and money.

When purchasing this BRIG E780 RIB from Marine Matters it comes with our unique Solent Collect Warranty® plan. This means that any issues, no matter how small, we will attend and solve the problem, if this can't be done at your location we will take your RIB to our workshop, repair it and return it all free of charge. We do the running and jobs while you simply enjoy your RIB without any of the hassle.

This is only available on RIBs purchased from Marine Matters and still within the warranty period.
This is not just for new boats but also includes used boats still within the warranty period.

Solent Collect Warranty® Geographic Coverage Area

Mainland

Any RIB, within the warranty period, kept on the mainland from Lymington to Chichester and if kept at home any location within 10 miles of the coast qualifies for Solent Collect Warranty®.

Isle of Wight

Any RIB kept on the Isle of Wight qualifies for collection from the north side of the island only. All collection from the IOW will be by sea only (i.e. not on a trailer on the ferry). Collection will include towing the boat across The Solent if the fault means your RIB is undriveable under its own power.

Warranty Coverage on this RIB as of March 2019

2.5 years on the hull (applies to the single moulding only not anything fitted to the moulding).
2.5 years on the tubes.
2.5 years on the Suzuki Four stroke outboard engine.

This used BRIG Eagle 780 is a much sought after family RIB which does not often come to the market so new.

Remaining Warranty (from Jan 2019)
Hull 3 years
Engine 3 years
Tubes 3 years

The Eagle 780 is popular for the carrying capacity of so many adults - up to 14 - and its fantastic sea keeping ability. This RIB is a real mile eater and does this in style and comfort with the Suzuki 300 horsepower outboard engine doing all this economically.

The cabin below the helm position is large enough to fit a toilet or be used as a cabin for dry and secure storage.

The huge bow sundeck provides a spacious area for two tall adults to lay down full length with room to spare, or simply a fun pad for the kids to play on. The bow also has a table position with another table option in the stern to allow for picnics and socialising.

For the more adventurous there is a Ski pole built in to allow for wakeboards and waterskiers to enjoy the exhillaration of a great watersport, and of course a ladder up the stern to enable easy recovery before using the onboard shower before going back to the chilling out.

This package comes complete with helm and seat covers that were bespoke built in June 2018. This boat also comes with a spare helm seat to allow you a different configuration on the boat if you wished to change it.
