RYA Intermediate Powerboat Training Course

RYA Intermediate Powerboat training courses are for RYA Powerboat level 2 coxswains to progress to the next stage of their powerboat training. This two day training course will be run on The Solent and enable you to plan and execute a coastal passage in daylight. It is recommended by the RYA that students attending the Intermediate Powerboat training course should also complete the one day training courses in RYA VHF and First Aid.

ICC or International Certificate of Competence are automatically awarded to holders of the RYA Intermediate Powerboat training course completion certificate. For RYA members this is free but for non-members it is the cost of membership. This enables holders to operate vessels abroad
