Stone Pier Marina, River Hamble, Solent
Stone Pier Marina, at the mouth of the Hamble River, is a 50 berth marina in the heart of the Solent for annual and overnight berths. Whilst there are a number of River Hamble Marinas, we like to think that Stone Pier Marina is one of the very best for its location and customer service. We run a friendly operation and consider the safety and security of your boat to be as important as the friendly service. We are easily accessible by road being just 5-10 minutes from the J9 of the M27 and once on board you can be in the middle of the Solent in just a few minutes.
Stone Pier Marina has undergone improvements over the last few years and these include:
- Shower and toilet facilities upgrades
- Security gate to pontoons
- New pontoons to half the marina
- CCTV cameras across the entire site
- Extra lighting for your safety and security
- Marina trolleys for your convenience
- Hose stands and hoses on the pontoons to reach all berths
- Safety ladders and lifebuoys
- Regular wandering patrols of the berths to ensure vessel security

Exclusive Annual Berth Holders Benefits
At Stone Pier Marina we believe in committing to customers who commit to us, consequently we offer exclusive benefits to annual berth holders, these include:
- 2 hours of free manoeuvring practice per year with an RYA instructor
- Up to 4 free owner requested boat movements around the marina
- During inclement weather we do extra rounds of the marina and if we think it neccessary for the safety of your vessel we will use our lines and fenders to secure your vessel to ensure that you do not need to worry about your pride and joy.
- Annual Berth Holders party at the marina...A hog roast and all you can drink - all FOC of course!
- NEW for 2024-25 season is the addition of a Webber gas BBQ. This will live on the marina pontoons during the summer and is available to all berth holders to enjoy. This is over £1,000 of the best outdoor cooking you'll find anywhere so there is plenty of room for everyone on a busy summers day.

Customer service is at the heart of all our efforts to ensure that your experience at Stone Pier Marina is nothing but positive. That is a high bar and can only be acheived with your feedback. If you think we can do something to improve the marina talk to us in the office. We can't promise all requests are agreed but once we are aware we can explore the feasibility, and the preferences of other berth holders, to see if we can make this a reality. Ultimately we will do what the majority would like where possible.
